V0紙基覆銅板，因具備一定的阻燃特性而區(qū)別于普通的紙基覆銅板，其專業(yè)名稱為FR-1板，本文僅介紹FR-1單面板。
FR-1單面板 Single Sided
FR-1 是酚醛樹脂覆銅箔層壓板，具有良好的耐濕、耐熱性及尺寸穩(wěn)定性，并且適用于低溫沖孔加工作業(yè)。
FR-1 is a paper based phenonlic resin copper clad laminate.It has good heat and humidity resistance and is suitable for cold punching.
